Nice self contained unit with 4 comfortable beds close to the action in Kabukicho / Shinjuku. We loved the little details that made it a good home base - umbrellas to use when it rained, a washing machine and enough space to relax.
The unit we had was on the second floor and the upstairs neighbour was stomping around until midnight most nights. The surrounding area is also quite shady, the apartment straight across is a ‘love’ massage parlour and every morning there are drunk people passed out on the surrounding streets.

Location is very convenient for walking, also for train station transport. ++

Clean and comfortable bed linens. Appreciate the little touches for guests and sufficient towels for our stay.
Very small space for a family of 4. Windows shutters abit thin hence lots of light from outside filter through which makes it hard to get a good night sleep. It was slightly noisy at night too. Entrance to the building is also not pleasant with bags of rubbish. I probably would not recommend for a family but maybe suitable for young adults on a budget.
