G48-Superior Room in Shinjuku, Tokyo

Excellent location. Nice, neat, tidy accommodation. Facilities were excellent and had everything we needed. Great for a large family.

No tumble drier made it difficult to dry out clothes without using the heater (due to weather). Would be nice to recommend a laundromat nearby.

Clean. Central to busy part of town. A/C was good. Well stocked and equipped.

Bedrooms, kitchen, toilet and bathrooms were a decent size but living room quite small for a family of 5.

My family and I liked its location. It is really close to the train station. There is a lot of shops and food options within walking distance. The home was perfect for my family. It has two showers and toilet on the first floor. There is also one bedroom and a washing machine on the 1st floor. There is another bedroom, living room/dining room area with TV (you can use your Netflix, YouTube or Prime Video on the television), kitchen and toilet on second floor. There is also two bedrooms on 3rd floor. There is air conditioning to keep you cool during summer time. They provide you house slippers and towels. There is a stove, microwave, coffee maker, sink and refrigerator in the kitchen. The owner, Asami, is very responsive and helpful. (NOTE: Make sure you read the welcome book. It is located on the 2nd floor on the dining room table. It has instructions on how to operate everything in the home. All of the devices are in Japanese, but the welcome book has the instructions on it to show you how to turn on and manage air conditioners, washing machine and the hot/cold settings in the shower).

Everything was good.

The area was always very lively, and the property was very close to the train station which made getting around Tokyo easy.
