Location was very convenient, 10-15 minutes to two train stations, many restaurants and convenience shops nearby. Instructions were clear, easy to follow. Property has two toilets, which were a big plus, and a washing machine (with detergent provided). the beds were very comfortable. Generally, the property was quite clean, except the two toilets.
The two toilets were clean. However, there was a strong urine odor in both of them. The toilet on the ground floor has a stronger odor. I removed the floor mat, opened the window and door at al time. It helped, but the odor was still there. The toilet on the upper floor also had an odor but little less than downstairs.

The house was perfect for our family of four.
It was great that our kids could make noise and we had no one below us.
It was clean and the deep bath was a hit with our kids.
There are two toilets and one bathroom. The kitchen and dining table came in useful for breakfast.
The massage chair was great.
We were one stop on the train from Shinjuku or a 20 minute walk away, so a great location.
The check in system wasn’t working when we arrived but a quick message and we were sent the code for the key box.
Maybe just get rid of this feature and give the code out on the day of arrival to make it less stressful.
