NY Cottage（コテージ）

Giriş katındaki tuvalette bir koku vardı. En üst katta yataklar yer yatağıydı fotoğrafta yatak görünüyor dört kişi yerde yatmalı. Dokuz kişilik ailemle rahatça güvende konakladık gidebilirsiniz

Our kids loved the play room with a ping pong table and darts. Clean with lots of rooms for our large group. Elevator was great for my aging parents and for moving luggage up floors. Convenience store right around the corner and underground subway entrance a few blocks away. Reception was able to receive our forwarded luggage and held our bags after check out before we headed to the airport.

Trash sorting bins not well defined. Laundry machine only washer - would have been nice as a combo dryer.

No tootbrushes provided No heating in the showers/bathroom Not enough dishes and cups for 10 people.

The owner moved us LA3Annex which I guess a better place. It has 3 floors fully furnished. Space is great in the living room with large TV (I guess it's 65inch), next to the kitchen with good utensils and cookers, and toilets with heated-seat.

We cannot find amenities in the house, only bath towel and face towels. Since we arrived late at night, it was an annoying experience that you need to go buy to the nearest convi stores. 2 toilets at 1st and 2nd floor but only 1 bathroom in 1st floor so you have to take turns. The shower and bathtub was working good with heated water although it looked quite old with yellowish color and break/dent here and there, also the bathroom floor was slippery when in contact with soap so need to be careful. We cannot use the bedroom at 1st floor because it was very cold eventhough we have turned on the heater with full force. Luckily we still fit on 3rd floor bedrooms. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bedroom with tatami. The room with beds was not clean, there were leftover hair on the cover bed, and the linen was yellowish; we ended up putting layer of bedcover from tatami room. Sleeping at tatami room also not for everyone, it was quite hard and can get you back-ache especially for older people. At the end, only spent 1 night, and we decided to move to another hotel because we cannot get proper rest.
