Exceptional stay – highly recommended! We had an absolutely wonderful stay and would happily return. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the city and access public transportation. The apartment was exceptionally clean, well maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds and mattresses were incredibly comfortable, and we all slept very well every night. We also appreciated how thoughtfully everything was prepared. The apartment felt welcoming, spacious, and very comfortable. Communication with the host was excellent, and the check-in process was smooth and easy. We truly felt at home throughout our stay. Thank you for making our visit to Tokyo so enjoyable. We highly recommend this accommodation and would definitely stay here again!

Location near 4 subway stations, beautiful shrine near, restaurants, Konbinis, and cafes close. It was very clean. Drying rack was nice.

Much smaller than other 2 units due to smoking balcony across the hall from apartment. Smelled like mild cigarette smoke bc smoking area balcony nearby as well as people smoking on roof, smell of strong fake fragrance/perfume in unit which gave me and son allergies much of the time we were there. Very small- no chance the 2 trundle beds would comfortably fit in this unit without major re-org. Balcony and sandals very dirty. 5th floor walk up which is hard with suitcases. No chance of cancellation like many of booking.com rooms which was the reason we ended up here. Guest manual has a lot of rules about partying which tells you about how this unit is usually used. Would not stay again as a family of 4 people. Looks way better and bigger in photos. Trust- it’s not. All taxi’s had hard time finding. It’s above Ajisen Hachikawacho restaurant. Easiest way to find it.
