For Tokyo this place felt spacious. The beds were nice. It is located on a very convenient street with lots of restaurants and convenience stores.
It feels a little dated. Could use some more things in the kitchen (e.g. knives). A welcome book with info on WiFi and how to get hot water would have helped. A little bit of street noise.

Really great location. Super close to a train station and Shinjuku.
The check-in process was confusing and cumbersome. We ran out of toilet paper and the host would not get more. There was no instructions regarding WiFi, the host provided when asked. There was insufficient plates, cups, cooking utensils, eating utensils etc.
