la pulizia, non è fatta bene, sotto i letti non veniva sicuramente pulito da mesi e mesi, mi era finita una cosa sotto il letto e l'ho spostato e c'erano cumuli di polvere. dietro la scrivania idem ed ho trovato una ricevuta di soggiorno di qualcun altro del 2024, quindi era almeno da 2 anni che non fanno una pulizia di fondo fatta bene. sono stato molte volte nell hotel ai piani di sotto e quello è pulito molto meglio.

Complimentary beverages and snacks in lobby. Laundry and kitchen in the room very convenient. Close to Yotsuya Station. Upscale grocery and a few restaurants in Atre, next to Yotsuya Station, too. Walkable to interesting areas. Small grocery store right next door, as well.

The staff were very kind, welcoming and friendly, and the girls were especially lovely with my son. The accommodation was a great size for our family, giving our little boy plenty of space to move around and also allowing us to have a separate area to relax and watch TV. The location was very convenient for supermarkets, convenience stores and the subway.

We were not aware that the accommodation was part of a residence-style property, so we were surprised that we had to take out our own rubbish and that the garbage chute was difficult to find. Room cleaning was only available for an additional fee, which was not ideal when travelling with a baby. The room could also have been cleaner, as there was rice on the floor and an unused sanitary tower on the balcony. The location was not particularly close to the main attractions, and communication before and during our stay could have been much better. We received inconsistent information regarding the larger room and the baby cot, which caused unnecessary stress. We were also disappointed to receive multiple requests to rate the property after our stay.
