We stayed here with a group of 8. There is one shower and two toilets, so mornings require a bit of coordination — that was clear to us before booking. What mattered more was the space, which felt genuinely generous for a group, especially by Tokyo standards. Being able to stay together in one house made a big difference. This isn’t a hotel. It’s a multi-level private house for groups who value space and location over hotel-style services. Having an elevator in the building was also very helpful for luggage and moving between floors. The location felt very practical: close to the subway, quiet at night, with groceries and everyday options nearby. Airport access by train was straightforward. For our group, it worked exactly as expected, and we’d choose it again.

One shower means you need to coordinate a bit in the mornings if you’re a large group.
