Great value, awesome location. Between 2 train stations, but out of the main hustle of Shinjuku. 3 storey quirky apartment. Loved the 2 bathrooms although one was pretty small.
I know everything in Japan is mini, but the stairs are very tight. Ok for me as I am short, but my husband & son are 6'2 & they found it a struggle up & down stairs. Realistically, we were only there to sleep so not up & down too much as we were out all day.

The size of the rooms are ok, bus and metro are walking distance. Nice dining table and chairs are on the first floor, so it was possible to sit together for a chat in the evenings. First we thought there is no door for the upper room, but there is one at the bottom of the stairs.
The bathroom on the 2nd floor was very little and there were no hangers. The stairs are really narrow and steep. Not easy to bring up large luggage.
