The host was extremely helpful and responsive, and kindly arranged a larger house for our group, which worked out perfectly. The house is spacious and well-designed, with 4 bedrooms comfortably fitting 2–3 people each, and plenty of space for luggage. The 2nd floor living and dining area is large and cozy, ideal for relaxing together. The bathroom setup is practical, with 2 toilets and 1 spacious bathroom with separate wet/dry areas. The location is excellent — just 2–3 minutes from the station, with easy access to Shinjuku and Ikebukuro, and surrounded by quiet residential streets with many local restaurants and supermarkets. Overall, it is clean and offers great value for money.

As this is a private lodging, there are more procedures and house rules to follow (e.g. advance registration, washing dishes, garbage sorting, and keeping noise levels low), which may require some adjustment if you are used to hotels. There is also only one main key, so coordination is needed if the group splits up. Luggage storage options nearby are limited, so it is recommended to plan ahead or consider late check-out.

A spacious house, well suited for 7 guest or even more although we were only 5. Well equipped in a quiet location in a very short distance to the metro. Friendly staff that was very easy to access. Definitely a place suited to stay in for several days.

Alla in all very few things to improve.
