The location is quite convenient. It’s close to supermarkets, noodle shops, and subway stations. I’m pleased with the bathroom facilities and the abundance of trash bins.

Firstly, there were no slippers provided. Secondly, the bedroom bed was completely inadequate for two people to sleep comfortably. Therefore, it does not align with the advertised capacity of accommodating 3-4 people. There was dust in many areas, making it uncomfortable for individuals with rhinitis to stay. Additionally, the customer service experience was very poor on a personal level. I left an item behind, and the response to my message was slow. Initially, they claimed they couldn’t find it, stating that if I requested a search, I would need to pay around 1,000 yen. Later, they said it had been found but required an additional payment of around 3,000 yen. It wasn’t until today that I received notice that I would also need to pay for shipping. I find this level of service to be extremely poor.
