Está muy bien ubicado con respecto al metro. El aire acondicionado una maravilla dado el calor tan fuerte de Tokyo. Es tranquilo tiene ascensor y hay tiendas de conveniencia muy cerca es perfecto para unas vacaciones

la ubicación muy accesible al metro y bus para moverte a cualquier zona, el departamento familiar era bastante amplio, sábanas y almohadas limpias, agua caliente.
tomar en cuenta añadir instrucciones más especificas sobre como utilizar el calentador del baño que es digital, no habían suficientes toallas y el tamaño para el numero de personas que se reservó.

Great beds, good location, specious, luxury airco, newly refurbished. A comfortable chair or small sofa could be a nice addition and some normal coffee cups instead of plastic. We had a pleasant stay.
We had a problem with the locker box due to an instruction video of another model. We were helped quickly, correctly and in good English by phone. However, we had to call from Europe and the 26 minutes have cost us almost 6.500 yen. In the end we were provided with the right instruction video, and then we could open it right away. These costs were not compensated although it was not our doing and this incidence also cost us an hour of frustration after a long and stressful travel day.

Nous étions 6 et l’appartement a 5 couchages dans un lit plus un futon ridiculement fin pour un adulte sur un parquet. Nous avons demandé un matelas supplémentaire et on nous a répondu (en japonais) qu’on pouvait apporter le notre mais qu’ils n’en fourniraient pas. De plus nous avions 5 serviettes, la sixième n’est jamais arrivée.
