Proximité métro et train. Coin très calme. Aucune nuisance sonore.
Coin Chambre un peu petit, le lit prend presque toute la pièce. Bâtiment totalement non fumeur mais c'était précisé. La première Smoking area se trouve à 6 minutes au seven eleven l'autre côté du pont, c' est bon à savoir.

Emplacement exceptionnel, proche de tout en train et métro pour les visites. Family mart tout proche très pratique pour le petit dej. Appartement spacieux complètement rénové style année 70. Tout est en bon état de marche : clim, douche, cuisine,... Et super calme.
Style un peu vieillot de la chambre européenne et du salon.

La zona esta muy bien comunicada, es tranquila pero hay vidilla con restaurantes y supermercados, asi como cafeterias alrededor. El metro esta a 3 min y el tren a 6. Es pequeño pero funcional. Tiene lo esencial. La lavadora es un gran que. La comunicación con el dueño via booking muy bien.
Quizás no acababa de ser exactamente como las fotos. Se veia un poco mas viejito, pero bueno, repito, cumple la función. Ah! No hay ascensor y son 3 tramos de escalera, cortos pero 3.

location is close to ichingaya station. the room is larger that typical downtown Tokyo.
apartment is old and needs updates, layout does not make sense, the TV is "behind" the bed, not in front ... the only table in the room has no power jack nearby, so you can not work with your laptop. no shower curtain, I asked the host for this, he said they dont use curtain in showers. checkout is at 10am, I asked for late checkout or luggage storage, (i am sure he had no other guest ...) he was not cooperative at all, i will not come again.
