Clean and spacious apartment with comfortable beds, good shower room/toilet and fully stocked kitchen. Quiet and lovely location with plenty of shops/cafes and restaurants. Great as a base with metro so close for easy access to all parts of the city. Regular and easy comms with the owners. Would recommend and definitely will look to book again.

It was very spacious for our group

It was a busy street so it wasn’t really quiet at night but we didn’t mind as we were tired and slept quite well!

Espacioso apartamento, bien ubicado con metro muy cercano. Tienes un Family Mart, un Seven Eleven y un Lawson ( La Santísima Trinidad de Japón) muy cercanos. El barrio es tranquilo y lleno de restaurantes y confiterías, ideal para pasear por la tarde noche y cenar por la zona. Auto check in fácil de hacer y apartamento fácil de localizar. También dispone de consola y wifi portátil para su uso ( ideal si vas con niños).

El apartamento lo pueden ocupar hasta 10 personas, el problema es que solo tiene una habitación con 3 futones y las demás camas están dentro del mismo salón, (dos camas dobles y dos sofás cama dobles) por lo que meter 10 personas puede ser algo caótico contando que solo hay un baño (WC y Baño por separado). Nosotros éramos 8 y fue algo caótico los 4 días que pasamos. El edificio es algo antiguo.

It’s 2 mins walk from a station that is on Taito Line. The street has many restaurants, convenient store. The air conditioners in both rooms were powerfully. Nintendo switch was a nice entertainment for the kids. Strong wifi. Clean toilet and bathroom area. Nice kitchen and washer.

There was a lot of construction going on at the time of our stay ( June 21-25). Scaffold, blocked walk way, trash left on the stairs. The owner did inform of the elevator being down due to construction but it was too late and we didn’t have any other options so we ended up staying. Hauling all the luggage upstairs was such a pain and the stairs has a huge vertical block so it was super difficult to maneuver. Also there is a strange smell in the tatami room. I was too tired to investigate further but it could be coming from the wall or the floor.
