Good location, 5 mins to the nearest underground station; 20 mins walk to Kagurazaka. Quiet residential area; Very clean apartment; well managed by responsive staff, and very clear instructions for directions, checking in and facilities/appliances.
Standard check out is by 10am. this is too early and shouldn’t be acceptable by any hotel/airbnb accommodation in my view, particularly given standard check in is after 3pm. extension of later check out to 12 is possible with a charge but beyond 12 is not possible at all. This is disappointing
