洗濯物があったので助かりました。

階段しかないためスーツケースを4階まで運ぶのが大変でした。 お布団が清潔とは言えず少し不快でした。 写真より実際は部屋が狭く身長184センチある息子と私と娘3人は宿泊が厳しく息子だけ近くのホテルをさらに予約したため予算オーバーとなってしまいました。 でも周りも静かでしたし良かったです。 次回は2人ならばまた予約したいと思います。ありがとうございました。。

The accessiblity to train stations, convenient/grocery stores and restaurant.

My first night was okay. The building lights were off. It was too dark. After it was reported, the management went and fixed it.

Advertisement was misleading. We paid for 5 adults in 1 flat. The photos and listing made it appear as though there are multiple rooms. What we got when we arrived was a double bed and 3 futons. Other than the persons in the bed, people were expected to sleep in the kitchen next to the bins and toilet. We called the customer service line and were told that this is correct. No other options were given to us. 2 people remained in the flat while the other 3 had to pay extra to get another hotel just so they didn't have to sleep next to a sink!!! Not appreciative of the response we had and the lack of care when advertising a room that is "supposedly" fit for a group of 5 grown adults with a week's worth of luggage.
