The apartment was modern, clean, and well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a rice cooker, which was a nice touch. We also appreciated having a washing machine with detergent provided. The property also has strict quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM, during which guests are expected not to make any noise. The location is quiet and pleasant, this area is best suited to travelers who have already visited Tokyo and are looking for a more residential neighborhood.

The building has no elevator, and we stayed on the fourth floor, so carrying luggage up the narrow staircases was quite difficult. The stairwell also had no air conditioning or ventilation, making it very hot. The main disappointment was the entrance area. There were stacks of miscellaneous items left in plain sight, including toilet paper, which gave a rather untidy first impression. In addition, bags of used laundry were constantly left at the entrance during our stay. These issues made the common areas feel less welcoming and less well maintained than the apartment itself.
