Hotel iemirai SHINJUKU 3min train ride to Shinjuku Station

L'emplacement est idéal, à deux pas d'une station de métro et à quelques stations des quartiers les plus animés. L'appartement est bien organisé et bien équipé, parfait pour notre famille avec des adolescents. Une base idéale pour la découverte de la ville. La propriétaire très prévenante.

The location was the best we had all trip in terms of convenience. EVERYTHING you could want is steps away - the train, Lawson, 7-11, supermarket, an amazing bakery, coffee, etc. I don’t know why the ratings weren’t great for cleanliness, because it was clean and it was comfortable for a family of 4. Great shower, great shampoo, conditioner, etc. Also, communication with staff was great, even during Japan’s World Cup game.

The oooooooonly things we didn’t like were that the windows are frosted glass so you can’t see outside (I know it might sound silly but it’s important for me even if there isn’t a view.) And also, the traffic outside can be a bit loud. If you’re used to traffic, you won’t have an issue. You can hear the train just a bit, but the traffic was more of an issue for me than the train. Honestly, it’s not as if the place claimed to be soundproof so this was probably my error. But with some new soundproof windows that you can see outside of, I’d stay here again for sure.

Cozy place, it was clean and comfortable and we loved having a full apartment to ourselves.

We could not get the washing machine to work, which we were excited about having. English instruction would be helpful. There also was a lot of cooking gear but no knives, we had to go buy them. Lastly, we had trouble finding the right door to enter and the provided phone number didn’t go through.
