部屋は綺麗で過ごしやすかったです。家族５人で利用したのですが部屋の広さや装備品などちょうどよかったです。防音がしっかりしていて、窓を開けると生活音が聞こえましたが、締め切ると静かでした。上の階や隣の部屋の音も気にならなかったです。
「キーBOX」の場所が分からず、電話で確認しましたが、上手く伝わらず入室で手間取ってしまいました。キーBOXの暗証番号がメールに書いてあったのか分からず電話にて教えて頂きました。リネン類の汚れがある場合は後日追加料金が発生するとあったのですが、どの程度の汚れがあったら追加料金なのか分からなかったのでシーツは洗濯しておきました。汚れは子供のひっかき傷の血がちょっとついてしまいました。

Buona la posizione, vicino alla metro.
Appartamento spazioso.
Avrei apprezzato una maggiore pulizia. Un solo asciugamano per 5 giorni è inaccettabile.
No possibilità di spedire valigie perché è un appartamento con self check in.. vale ovviamente anche per lasciarle pre check in o post check out.
L’appartamento assegnato era nel seminterrato, cioè la camera con il letto era nel seminterrato e poi si accedeva con una scala al divano e cucina
