Very close to the nightlife, hei temple, and train stations
The entrance is horribly bad for those with a lot of luggage and completely inaccessible for people in wheelchairs. Also they said futon which for me means a pull-out bed from the couch, not the traditional japanese futon which means a floormat

Great, clean, modern apartment.
Unfortunately we lost the only (digital) key that we were given. Normally this is an inconvenience, nothing special. It is a digital key in plastic card (RFID). We were charged 37.500 yen for this! We are talking about a digital key where a change of the digital key is software based. How can you charge 37.500 yen for changing this key? It may very well be listed in the terms that we signed. That is not the point. We all sign contracts with multiple pages of clause. But honestly, this is not acceptable. We paid but this is not ok.
