The property was a good size for two adults and two children, comparing to other properties in a similar location. It was also very quiet neighborhood. It was very clean. The loads of amenities provided were appreciated. It was also a safe and secure property. The proximity to the closest train station was a positive.

The property was advertised as TWO bedroom but upon arrival there was only ONE bedroom, with extra foldable bed. The beds were uncomfortable and were not big enough to accommodate TWO adults in one bed. Having to fold the second bed away every day and putting the mattress away was extra work that wasn’t needed, on a daily basis. The kitchen needed A LOT more utensils. The air conditioning in the lounge room didn’t work.

I really enjoyed having the entire flat to ourselves and how everything was clean, tidy, and cozy. This location was excellent for walking distance to many delicious Ramen, soba, and udon restaurants. The main metro station was only a five minute walk, and there were convenience stores on almost every corner.

While this property is well furnished, it felt as though there could have been slightly more thoughtful accommodations, such as more utensils in the kitchen and properly functioning light fixture there as well. Also, the futon bed was actually more comfortable than the mattress in the bedroom. We slept OK but not great using the bedroom and the pillows.
