Location is fantastic for shrines and the shinjuku or shibuyha line

It didnt feel clean, they have air scene's in all the rooms and because its so small it hits your face so hard and is sickening we even opened all the windows and doors and it wss overpowering. The couples bed...is 2 single mattresses together so I couldn't hug my husband without the mattresses separating and falling. And there were random browns stains on the walls while the bathroom had a leak. So great value for family and location but needs work

A acomodação possui uma boa localização, com ônibus na porta e metrô a poucos metros, vários restaurantes e lojas de conveniência. Além disso, as capas são muito confortáveis e o(a) anfitrião(a) é acessível, prestativo e responde rapidamente as perguntas.

O banheiro é muito pequeno e a pia é diminuta. Além disso, o apartamento é meio barulhento, mas isso não atrapalhou a nossa estadia.

*Good Location, but Disappointing Value for Money* The apartment has a convenient location, close to a metro station and within walking distance of Meiji Shrine.

However, especially at ¥47,000 per night, it fell well short of our expectations. * Tiny bathroom sink: Barely usable for washing or brushing teeth, and not shown in the photos. * Very low clearances: Door frames at 1.72 m and a crossbeam at 1.80 m caused us to hit our heads hard at least five times in three days. * Poor equipment: Only three teaspoons, no larger spoons and not a single drinking glass for 4–5 guests. * Misleading photos: The apartment looks brand-new online but shows signs of age, with access through an old building. * Questionable 9.6 rating: The host explicitly requested a score of 10, citing penalties for lower ratings, raising concerns about rating bias. Overall, a convenient location, but poor value for money. The apartment does not justify its price or exceptionally high rating.
