Location is nice and safe. You can walk there from Shinjuku (approximately 20 minutes), through nice and quiet residential neighborhood. There are two convenience stores in short distance, and many good restaurants. The apartment was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the stay here. There's definitely nothing to worry about.

Only a few small things... The street is unfortunately very noisy because of the highway. But if you close the window and use air condition, it's OK. There is only a small sink in the bathroom (just to wash your hands), so you need to shave and clean teeth in the shower. But it was nothing you couldn’t easily get used to. 🙂 And if you come from Europe and want to use the wash machine, note that the Japanese wash machines work very differently (only short programs using cold water) - and the results are not, let's say, as expected by the european standards...
