The property is well located near Yoyogi Park and within easy reach of several konbini. The beds, including the sofa bed, were very comfortable, and the host’s communication and hosting experience were faultless – particularly the clear instructions provided for the house, with an excellent English translation.

Whilst we were out for most of the day, when we were at the property the whole house was noisy and shook due to the nearby train tracks – something that hadn’t been mentioned in the description. That said, it didn’t affect our stay, as we were able to sleep through it, and the trains did not run between midnight and 5am. With four adults it already felt quite cramped, so unless the accommodation is used purely for sleeping, it wouldn’t be suitable for seven people to spend downtime in.

The location was great. Really central and close to train stations. Also had food and conceive stores close which was a plus.

It was right next to the train tracks and it was kind of loud and the whole place had an interesting stench but it wasn’t that bad. We were out all day and came back to the house exhausted so the loud train didn’t really bother any of us.

Very clean and an excellent location. The beds were comfortable and we had good pillows!! Once we got over the shock of realising how close the train was we had a very pleasant stay and the train wasn’t really that bad. There are a lot of restaurants close by and Yoyogi park and Shibuya are just short walk’s!

Train being literally outside the window was a bit of a shock

Very convenient for local railways and grocery stores, easy to get to Harajuku and JR lines. Owners very helpful and responded to queries quickly. Washing machine was fantastic!(but instructions only in Japanese and hard to use Google translate as it was in a dark cupboard with no light for phone to translate) Could sleep 7 easily if happy to share beds.

5 metres away from railway tracks. Very noisy, difficult to sleep, waking at 5am when trains start. The whole shack shook when trains went by! The staircase was very narrow with steep and short risers - would be dangerous for small kids.
