El anfitrión era muy reactivo y siempre respondió rápidamente a todas nuestras preguntas. Mandó información muy detallada sobre cómo llegar, recoger las llaves, la conexión wifi, las instalaciones del alojamiento... Fue de gran ayuda. Fue muy útil tener lavadora en el apartamento, y también productos para el baño (cepillos y pasta de dientes, jabón, champú...). Éramos cuatro personas (2 adultos y 2 niños) y los apartamentos en Tokio son pequeños, pero a pesar de todo estuvimos bastante cómodos. Quedamos satisfechos con el sitio, y la ubicación en un barrio tranquilo cerca de Shibuya nos gustó mucho.
Podría haber habido un poco más de menaje de cocina, pero tampoco solíamos comer en el apartamento, solo alguna vez el desayuno.
