When my family arrived at Shibuya Hilltop, we were stuck at the lobby for 30 mins to 1 hr. because only the door codes were emailed to me, and no Room number. You should have emailed to me the door codes and Room number all together so that we will not wait at the lobby for a very long time just to get the Room number.
That was the only thing we did not like. Everything else is very good.

Located near the city centre within a 10 mins walk. Unit was clean and had all the basic needs. Satisfactory stay.
The major issue is the check in process. Provided guide was missing one crucial atep, which is to register check in using tablets upon entry on ground floor. Without this, you cant get the door entry code. Hope the owner updates the check in instruction for future guests.
