We loved everything, location is perfect and my son is obsessed with this place. We loved the pocket WiFi I helped us with navigating parts of Tokyo. We will be booking again when we stay in Tokyo.

Property was spacious . Kitchen , bathroom , shower , living room, one bedroom on one floor . Second bedroom with two bed and a tv are through a corridor and stairs . A little bit of tripping hazard for a late bathroom visit and maybe would cause disruption of sleep for the person sleeping on bottom floor .
Property is on the 4th floor no elevator . WiFi is as weak throughout . Pressure for shower was also a bit weak . But it all worked out for us .

Location was great. A few minutes walk from the train station and convenience stores. Easy to find food. Clean. But we weren't aware that it was at level 4 with no lift landing. So for families staying with heavy luggage and kids, should re-consider if you don't mind carrying them up the stairs. It was cozy and comfortable.
To provide more amenities like hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Also some basic cooking condiments like sugar , salt and pepper. Just from my opinion, should clearly state that the stay would be at a 4th level without lift.
