Location was excellent, 5-7 minutes walk to/from Shibuya Station. Eatery's, bars and shopping on your doorstep. Easy access to other parts of the city with 6 lines servicing Shibuya. If you want to see the area at its best, go out in the evenings when the crowds are at there largest.

Facilities were excellent, the only downside from our point of view was no-where to put 2 medium sized suitcases. You either put them on the sofa bed, and had nowhere really to sit, put them on the bed, having to move them to sleep. In the end we stuck the barstools at the end of the bed, and lodged the cases under the sideboard/counter/table thingy.

Had everything we needed and more, was spotless, host was very helpful and responsive, was in a great area of shibuya, great stay

Was slightly smaller than we expected but still comfortable

Location was VERY convenient. 5 minute walk to Shibuya crossing. Host was attentive. Provided towels, mini fridge, microwave, WiFi and television.

Very cramped if you’re traveling with a group and have large luggage. Pull-out bed was already pulled out when we arrived so we had no room for any of our things (we just left them in the walkway - blocking the kitchen sink and stove, and in front of the toilet and shower). We didn’t even open our luggage because there was no room. Toiletries provided in shower (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) were watered down and we didn’t end up using it. Lack of usable outlets. Bedframe had outlets that didn’t work. Closest outlets were being used for the tv and router.
