榻榻米式的房间十分宽敞和舒适。这里拥有高品质的自动浴缸、带烘干的全自动洗衣机，电磁炉也非常好用，细腻的装修，优秀的采光，所有的设施都非常适合久居。地理位置距离痴尻大桥需要徒步大约10分钟，距离三选茶屋大约不到20分钟。但安静的居民区远离嘈杂，门口的omakase也物美价廉。附近徒步10分钟-15分钟有一些便民市场，可以买优质低价的食材回来烹饪。
隔音稍差，我们住宿其中有两天隔壁有人，他们23点、及凌晨3点还在走动。但不影响我会再次选择这里。

Setagaya is a great district, quiet but central, Shibuya is easy to reach via subway after a short walk to the station. Cafés and konbinis are all around.
you do hear people walking in the flat above - so if you get a chance, try to get the upper one

Clean facility and short distance to a train station
Missing hooks to hang towels, can provide more hangers too. Response time is slow.

位置还行，房屋布局不合理 空间虽大但没什么放东西地方，卫生间也很小，电视底座很容易碰到脚趾，看电视只能躺着房屋隔音非常差 楼上住人楼下基本没法住，床单被套浴巾上都有毛发，一家四口睡觉都是莫名其妙浑身痒
空调都是对着直吹，下雨外面流水声音特别大 浴巾毛巾都是放在餐桌上
