Tesisin içine ulaşabildikten sonra iyi.Fakat girişte çok zorlandık.Giriş talimatı elimize ulaşmadı.Ev sahibi göndermiş olduğunu söyledi fakat bana ulaşmadı.Gece 1 buçuk saat dışarıda kaldık.Hiç tanımadığımız birisi kendi telefonuyla ev sahibiyle iletişime geçerek bize yardımcı oldu.Asansör yok ve shibuya crossing’e çok yakın değil

Le confort et la proximité de la gare de Shibuya.

Good location near the university for a work trip there. Clean room, included clothes washing machine, clothing iron, and hair dryer. Easy check-in process. Spacious for one person. Allowed me to drop my bag in room early because early check-in not available.

Check-in times were a bit late relative to check-out. I had check-out at 10:00am from a previous stay, which is typical, but it was difficult to wait until 3pm for check-in due to needing to attend a work event at 1:30pm. (Though host was kind to let me leave my bag in room, which was a great help! Thank you!) Instructions for trash and laundry/towels could be clearer. I left garbage bags in the bins, towels in the washer, and stripped sheets/pillowcases and left on bed as previous other hosts have requested. But I was uncertain if this was correct.

- Shampoo/Cond./Body wash provided - location okay (10min walk to Shibuya) - bed comfortable - check in was easy - shower room was very good - washing machine - no laundry powder provided.

- Pillows uncomfortable. Need another set (x2) a little firmer so guests have options - No blind on East facing window so trying to sleep in is not possible without a sleeping mask. - No tea towel to dry dishes - this was inconvenient. - unable to cast to television from devices - update TV set - Only 1 key provided, again inconvenient where there are two people staying. - difficult to dry clothes - a rope or clothes horse would help for things that can't go into a dryer
