Conveniently located to main streets, station, shops, restaurants, supermarkets, some entertainment, facilities were good, entering the unit was easy enough, communication with owner was good, price was good, had all we needed for 2 staying for 15 days. The table and 2 chairs were very good with the chairs being comfortable with their little cushion behind your back. The warm toilet seat was a nice treat we don’t have in our country. The washing machine worked very well to wash our clothes. The curtains were good at blocking out light if we needed to do that and there was a lot of light you could let in with the available window. The double bed was a good size for 2 average sized people. The fridge and freezer were a good size and worked well. The place was pretty quiet most of the time. You could open the window for fresh air if you wanted to. As it was just away from the main street, you didn’t get that much noise.

There weren’t enough power points to plug appliances and phone chargers to. The pillows were unsupportive and there should have been 2 spare, there was nowhere to plug the kettle in the kitchen but on the floor, the duvet cover did not zip or button up so the duvet kept creeping out of its cover. As I don’t speak or read Japanese, it would’ve been good if there was an instruction manual in English on how to use all the appliances in the unit and some tips on which local restaurants to go to and local sights to see. The towels were also not long or thick enough and there was no floor mat. I bought a longer, whiter, thicker body towel at Don Quijote. The tissues they provided were thin and not plentiful so I bought better ones. The slippers they provided were not good quality so I bought better ones at Daiso for us. The kettle could’ve been of better quality.

チェックインに関して，メールで問い合わせたら素早い返事がもらえました．場所は西友が近くて便利です．部屋は清潔でした．メインストリートから少し路地に入るので思っていたよりも静かでした．

テーブルが少し狭く，物を置いたりPC作業したりするには手狭でした．枕元に電源があったらよかったのに，と思いました．工夫次第でどうにかなったので大きな問題ではないです．

Комната просторная, двум людям вполне может быть комфортно. Есть плита, можно готовить еду самому (я этого не делала, питалась в ресторанах), кому-то может быть удобно. Дом находится в 10 минутах пешком от станции 三軒茶屋駅. В комнате было очень чисто, никаких нареканий.

Мне не понравилось, что когда я забронировала комнату и заранее произвела оплату за всё время проживания, мне пришло сообщение о том, что если я не вышлю копии паспортов, то мне не дадут ключи от входной двери и не дадут заселиться. И мне пришлось просто выслать фотографии паспортов, иными словами меня принудили раскрыть свои персональные данные! Я в глаза не видела тех, с кем поделилась данными своего паспорта, и теперь я не могу спать, боясь, как эти неизвестные мне люди могут распоряжаться моими данными! Если бы я заранее знала о таких требованиях, я бы ни за что не стала бы бронировать эту комнату. Я много путешествовала по миру, и нигде прежде от меня такого не требовали! Умывальных принадлежностей, как в обычных отелях, - нет. Строгие правила сортировки мусора.
