PALAIS Grace

Overall my stay here was wonderful. I paid around €50 a night (for one person) to stay here and I found it to be exceptional value for money. The apartment was surprisingly large for Tokyo. The apartment was clean, tidy and comfortable. The aircon worked very well in the hot summer. The neighbourhood is very pleasant and local feeling - not too touristy. I enjoyed simply wandering around the local streets. It is relatively easy to connect with the rest of the city. I used Luup scooters which I highly recommend. The hosts are very communicative, responding to requests promptly.

The windows and balcony doors are quite thin so it could be noisy. I am a very sensitive sleeper and I struggled with the sound of the air conditioning units from the next building. If you are not a sensitive sleeper I am sure you will be fine.

I really loved the apartment! The location is fantastic, and the amenities are great too. The apartment itself seems to have been renovated, and all the furniture is brand new. The only exception is the bathroom, which is still in the old style, but it's nothing that bothered me. The next time I come to Tokyo, the first thing I'll check is whether this apartment is available.

The tableware is made of plastic, which surprised me and falls a bit short compared to the rest. Cookware is also very scarce. I would recommend purchasing at least one more pot. What I really missed (though I already knew beforehand) is that the apartment doesn't have an iron. Please get an iron! Future guests will thank you for it!

駅から近かった。シャンプーなどのアメニティもちゃんと置いてあった。

オートロックの鍵があかなくてすごく時間がかかった。電話で確認してスペアを使わせてもらったけどスペアもオートロックが空きづらかった。鍵が悪いのではなく受けのほうが悪いのではないかとおもう。修理したほうがいいとおもう。 部屋はキレイだったけどソファの下におもちゃが落ちていた。
