The place was small but it was still comfortable for an overnight stay in Tokyo. The beds were really comfortable. The place was close to the train station. There were a lot of food establishments, close to convenience stores. The house guidebook was extremely helpful in navigating the house. Will probably book another stay if I visit Tokyo again.

Excellent location close to the busy part of Shinjuku without being next to the bright lights.
Very close to train stations and convenience stores
Within easy walking distance (even with a 7 year old child) to Kabukicho and the Godzilla head
The host was very responsive during the booking period and our enquiries during the stay. She ensured that we knew all the arrangements in advance.
The toilet area had an odor. This was confined to the toilet room and did not affect the rest of the apartment.
