L'emplacement est le gros avantage de cet appartement. On se retrouve en plein coeur d'un quartier très animé avec un grand choix de restaurants coréens. Le métro se situe à quelques minutes et il est possible de marcher facilement (10 minutes environ) vers Shijuku.
C'est trè bruyant la nuit. Même avec mes bouchons, j'ai eu du mal à dormir. On entendait également les pas des voisins du haut. Donc globalement, des nuits assez agitées.

Great location, very clean & tidy and everything we needed.
There is a night club on the 2nd floor and you could hear it throughout the night.

The size of the apartment for 4, and location was very close to train station or a 10-15min walk to Shinjuku.
As it’s above a busy fast food street it smelled heavily of garlic and fried food. There’s a night club or karaoke place in the building and it is very noisy in to the early hours, not great when we had an early start to fly home. Also, as mentioned by another reviewer, the cover on the sofa is quite stained. Looks like a sheet though so not sure why it wasn’t changed.
