מיקום מאוד מרכזי, מרחק הליכה קצר מתחנת הרכבת. מתחת לדירה אין סוף מסעדות, חנויות נוחות, בתי קפה ועוד. הדירה מרווחת ביחס לדירות ביפן. המטבח מאובזר לא חסר כלום. מכונת כביסה + מייבש מה שמאוד עזר.
הבניין, לא לגמרי בטוחה שזה מקום שמתאים למשפחות עם ילדים קטנים. זה אזור בילויים, אז יש ריחות מהמסעדות למטה. המגבות, ריח לא טוב, הגיע הזמן להחליף מגבות ומצעים.

The unit was good, the space is just fine for 7 pax of us. The toilet window is not fully closed/ covered, so its very cold when bathing when its only 1-2 degree celcius. Location is convenient, but for me the light-sleeper, its noisy and can hear people singing karaoke. Facility is good, only the mattress a bit soft. 1 of the room aircond starts very slow, have to wait a bit longer.
