The villa was very spacious and comfortable. It was located in the city, right in the heart of a lively area and very close to public transportation. The facilities were very good, and we felt comfortable throughout our stay. Overall, it was a pleasant and hassle-free experience.
There were no negative aspects.

Communication was a little stressful to gain access and waited a few hours, but once we got in it was great.

どの部屋も清潔で、お風呂やベッドも気持ちよく使えました。
建物内全体に季節を感じるオーナメントや壁飾りがありワクワクしました。
こちらの質問に対して返答は早かったのですが、チェックインアウトの時間が案内によって違っていたり、キッチンに包丁やまな板があるかどうかということも「わからない。」との事で自炊をする予定だったので先に知りたかったです。
キッチンのハンドソープ容器の中身が匂いや使用感的にハイターが入っていました。
