De locatie vd accomodatie is perfect. De host is erg aardig en klantvriendelijk. De meeste dingen die je nodig hebt zijn in de locatie aanwezig. De host had van te voren gezegd dat t een lively neighborhood was maar binnen hadden we geen last van lawaai.

De locatie is echt klein. Je hebt drie slaapkamers dus je verwacht dat je er prima met 5 kunt verblijven maar het is lastig om met zijn vijven om de tafel te zitten. Koken is geen optie. Er is 1 pan aanwezig. Het is heerlijk dat er een ruim terras is maar de loungebanken hebben geen kussens. Echt comfortabel is het niet.

The location was perfect for our stay Restaurants at the front door 24 hr Lawson store two steps away for snacks 7 eleven store close too Train station 6 min walk Having a washer/dryer was great to catch up on our washing as we had travelled a few countries on this trip - load /start and come back to clean dry washing what a treat Communications was great with host (Thank you for understanding my requirements) I loved the slippers provided for inside use

I thought the table in the kitchen was a bit big for the room size to move around (Less is more sometimes) otherwise nice clean apartment inside

My family loved this location. It was their first time in Japan and Tokyo and they loved the vibe in the heart of Shinjuku. It was a bit noisy at night but they have a jar of ear plugs and that took care of that issue. It was a 15 minute walk to Shinjuku station area with the major crowds. Lots of convenience stores nearby. And restaurants. 3 bedrooms with lots of room for extra bodies. We didn’t use the patio but it looked like an amazing feature if you spent more time there.

The location

Very small, a bit out dated and needs some stuff updated especially in the rooms, some painting were pealing, the beds aren’t that comfortable, very small for more then two people. We had no where to store or suitcase in the rooms, the balcony was bigger than the entire apartment in my opinion. The shower and laundry space are around the same area.
