This was the most perfect apartment!!!!! It was spacious and clean and the best part was the location! It was super close to EVERYTHING! It is right around the corner from 7-11 and across the street from Lawson and one block from Family Mart. We didn’t even get a chance to try all the restaurants we wanted to that we could walk to in a 3 minute radius. It is across the street from the train station which is one stop away from Shinjuku station. It was comfortable and convenient and the hosts were very responsive to our questions! Amazing!!!

Location, space distribution. It’s small like everything in Japan, but the space is well used
Maybe having to climb up a steep stair with a heavy suitcase, but we managed that!

Steep staircase from the street level to the entrance makes bringing suitcases up somewhat difficult
