Excellent location, very clean, hosts were very helpful. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Tokyo in future.
Only downside was the air conditioning on the top floor wasn’t the best.

Location was close to subway station and in a safe neighbourhood located next to stores and restaurants
Layout of upper bathrooms was awkward and small, multiple things were broken upon arrival; including door hinge not on so the door couldn't close, main (bigger shower) light not working, stains on rugs, rugs in unusable places in bedrooms , and basement unit had nails sticking out throughout the baseboards. Place was not fully cleaned either.
When we reported the door hinge and bathroom light problem, we were told they wouldn't be fixed during our stay.

"The house is clean, well equiped, good location and has two bathrooms (which is rare😂), good for a big room. Walkable to interesting shops in shinjuku.
