The building is safe, clean & quiet. Only 5min slow walk to Nishi-Shinjuku Station. AEON mini mart, 7 eleven, Familymart, Anytime Fitness gym are nearby. Uber food delivery are available too. The dryer in the toilet is very useful. About 20min walk to Shinjuku Station. Had an amazing 1 week stay for 4 of us.
The beds are slightly small for 2 adults to share. No iron & iron board.

1.離西新宿車站很近、沿路拉行李很輕鬆
2.房間偏小但五臟俱全，有IH爐、鍋碗瓢盆、三角形的三人餐桌、洗衣機、浴室也能烘衣服，非常適合家庭
沒收到入住EMAIL還要打電話去要入住訊息，晚上回到住宿又看到一個中國人被困在外面，也幫他用簡單粗暴兩個英文單字幫他跟對方解決溝通問題「Check-in no email」對不起我的英文很破，中午就是這麼解決入住問題的XD
三人房的第三人是沙發床要自己鋪床，但床墊比沙發床大，所以坐床上或者躺床上要小心....
