Расположение отличное, тихо, но вблизи есть комбини, местный магазин, метро, остановка limousine bus. Недалеко все для шоппинга - Юникло, GU, Apple и другие. Здание с тем самым 3 Д котиком тоже близко. Апартаменты двухэтажные, не очень большие, но это нормально для Токио. Все необходимое есть - посуда, фен, стиральная машина, утюг, микроволновка и даже утюжок для волос. Кондиционеры работали.
Испортило впечатление плохое качество уборки, было очень грязно, полы и мебель пыльные, на полу волосы, было ощущение что просто поменяли белье и больше ничего не убирали.

Baths are always a good and positive bonus to any stay. Really clean and easy to control and manage the bath system.
A lot of issues occurred. AC on the bottom floor did not properly provide heat to the room. A lot of communication needed for basic necessities such as trash management. Our key broke (possibly due to it being left out in the cold before arriving) when opening the lock to our door, had to pay $60 for a replacement key.
