We loved our time at Kawaii House. Very comfy beds and the space has everything you need for a wonderful stay. A short walk to both Shin-Okubo and Okubo stations which we found to be a perfect place to explore the best of Tokyo. A short walk to literally dozens of awesome restaurants and eateries. We wished we could have stayed for longer.

Great location. It has comfortable beds and a space enough for 5 people. There are also lots of outlets. The host is accommodating to inquiries.
The temperature in the kitchen sink can't be controlled, it gets too hot/cold which made it hard to wash dishes. It would've been also nice if there was a bigger mirror so people can prepare better.

Nice tokyo apartment, very short walk to shin-okubo station. All the facilities of home with very comfortable beds. Plenty of good restaurants in the area.
