About this apartment rental
Located in the Shinjuku area, it’s a 2- to 5-minute walk to the restaurant district and a 5-minute train ride from Shinjuku Station. The rooms have been renovated to ensure comfort, tradition, and safety.

The room is furnished with 2 double beds (size: 150 × 200).
There is ample space under the beds, allowing you to easily unpack your suitcases.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, one induction cooktop, a microwave, an electric kettle, a rice cooker, kitchenware, cooking utensils, tableware for four people (plates, cups), a washing machine, a shower, a hair dryer, and, of course, air conditioning with heating and cooling functions.
★There are stairs leading up to the unit.

☆The room offers high-speed Wi-Fi with unlimited data. TV (you can watch local channels, as well as a wide variety of content such as YouTube and Amazon Prime).
With this high-speed Wi-Fi, you can keep your smartphone, tablet, or PC connected at all times. This makes exploring Tokyo much easier.
**You can store your luggage in the room before check-in (starting at 10:00 AM).
**You can store your luggage in the room after check-out (until 4:00 PM). If you need to store your luggage after that time, please contact me.
★It’s very easy to access—just a 5-minute ride on the JR Yamanote Line, which connects directly to Shinjuku Station.
Also, within a 2- to 5-minute walk, you’ll find a cluster of areas popular with young people (Takadanobaba), so you’ll have no trouble finding delicious food and entertainment (like karaoke and bars).
My personal top recommendation is Sekai-yu, a local sento (public bathhouse) that’s popular in Tokyo and has been featured extensively in the media—it’s just a 5-minute walk away. Come relax and soothe your tired body after a day of sightseeing. It’s a very popular facility known for its sauna and hot springs, and at just 500 yen for admission, it offers excellent value for the money.

We are now required to compile a guest registry, so all guests must submit the following information.
・Guest’s full name, address, occupation, nationality, and passport number
・A photo showing the entire passport
・A photo showing both the passport photo and the guest’s face (for identity verification)
If you are unable to provide this information, we may be forced to refuse your stay.
*Smoking is prohibited inside the room.If you wish to smoke, please do so only in the designated areas. (Under no circumstances should you litter in the neighborhood.)
*My apartment is located in a quiet residential area. Please be mindful of noise when entering or exiting the building and while inside the apartment. Please do not disturb the neighbors. Do not leave trash in public areas. If you encounter any issues or complaints from neighbors, please contact me immediately.

Asami, the host, was incredibly kind and responsive to my messages. The rental itself was charming, clean, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The location was excellent, with the train station just a 7-minute walk away. The neighborhood was also pleasant and peaceful.However, there were a couple of drawbacks to our stay. The rental was located on the third floor, and the stairs were very steep, making it quite challenging to carry heavy luggage up. Additionally, the bathroom was extremely small, even for me, and I'm petite. If you're tall or have a larger build, navigating the bathroom might be difficult. The futon was quite firm, which isn't my usual preference. While I would have preferred a softer mattress, it wasn't the most uncomfortable bed I've experienced Despite these minor inconveniences, we had a lovely experience overall, and I would likely choose to stay here again.
