The location was really quiet and felt very safe at night. About 15 mins walk from the station which was harder in the summer heat but at other times of the year would be no issues. We loved the apartment and would recommend it to anyone looking for a real local experience in Tokyo.
Hard to say anything negative but a dishwasher would be great. But that is just me being lazy.

Great location across from a park. Neighborhood kids and families were very pleasant. Spacious. Perfect for our family of 5. Conveniently located near family marts, grocery, bus stop and short walk to a train station.

お部屋も清潔で、広々としていて、とても過ごしやすかったです。コンビニも近くにあり、助かりました。
スウィッチなども置いてあって、小さな子供も楽しめました。ゴールデンウィークにこのお値段で泊まれたのはとても良かったです。
駅から遠かった。

the location, its close to the transportation and stores.
the bed sheets seems like were not washed. There were hair and stain and smell on the sheets. We have to wash the sheets and pillows before using its.
