Parfait, très bien placé au calme mais très proche des grosses stations (Shinjuku à 5 minutes en métro), konbini à proximité, équipements pratiques (fer a repasser, ustensiles de cuisine, toilettes japonaises chauffantes)
petit problème à l'arrivée, le code de la porte fourni ne fonctionnait pas. Le staff très réactif a envoyé quelqu'un en 20 minutes malgré la chaleur. Également, pas de possibilité de baisser les stores du plafond, la lumière passe donc beaucoup le matin.

히가시나카노역에서 가깝고, 2개의 노선이 있어서 교통이 좋았다. 신주쿠, 시부야 까지 10~20분 소요. 근처에 마트와 편의점이 있어서 좋다. 가까이에 식당도 믾이 있다. 타월은 넉넉하게 준비해주었다.
위생상태가 나쁘다. 테이블, TV 콘솔에는 먼지가 잔뜩 있고, 식기류는 이전에 사용했던 흔적이 그대로 묻어 있어서 사용하지 않았다. 바닥 청소를 한 건지 의심스러울 정도. 침구류에도 먼지가 잔뜩. 검정색 히트텍을 입고 잤는데, 일어나 보니 흰색 먼지로 덮여 있었다. 테이블과 싱크 옆에서 바퀴벌레가 2마리 나왔다. 테이블 의자 한개는 고장. 샤워실이 좁다.
