It was spacious for Tokyo - we liked all of it. For 2 it was great. It had a table and chairs so you could cook and eat in if you wanted to. 2 double beds and a separate shower room and toilet. It’s in a nice quiet neighbourhood very near the Chuo Soba Local subway line 2 stops to Shinjuku and one stop to Nakano Broadway.
The duvet was a bit warm and the front door was stiff to open. We could have used some instructions for the washing machine and how to put the hot water on, but we figured it out.
