Really great property and location for a family trip. Nice to have some space after a long day, great location close to local trains, 7/11 and local restaurants. We really appreciated the washer dryer too. Would recommend.
The only advice I would give is to drop a pin when you arrive - maps on phone occasionally struggled to locate exact location with the address.

Es una casa amplia, nosotros estuvimos 6 noches, 9 personas y nos acomodamos sin dificultad, habitaciones espaciosas, completas.
El espacio de la cocina es muy agradable y tiene a disposición café de muy buena calidad, crema, el anfitrión nos dejó agua suficiente. Hay opciones de cocinar, lavavajillas y lavadora. En general super bien. Está en un barrio residencial con estacionamiento de metro a 15 minutos caminando, igual a esa distancia hay 7/11.
Lo único, fue que el chekin no estuvo a tiempo, pero pudimos dejar el equipaje sin problema y cuando regresamos estaba todo muy organizado
Tiene dos baños y solo una ducha, que eso fue lo más complejo para 9 personas, sin embrago con muy buena dotación en la ducha. Lo hicimos por turnos cortos y no se generó problema

The host was very responsive and helpful before and throughout our stay. The house is as described and really loved the comfortable beds and beddings! Good personal space with 4 bedrooms for our group of 6! Walking distance to both Nakai and Ochiai stations with easy access to restaurants and convenience shops. Lovely n peaceful neighbourhood. Will stay again when we are next back in Tokyo
Nothing much as the house is lovely and the host was great! The only thing to note is that staircase in the house is quite narrow (quite typical for most houses in Japan) so need to be careful esp if there are kids or seniors or big luggages. It was manageable for us as we left our luggages in the kitchen at ground floor and only bring what we need to the bedrooms upstairs.
