The place was clean and relatively well kept.
First of all, Loud guests. I appreciate it isn't the complete fault of the host but I feel greater efforts are needed in keeping an eye on who's in the property and whats going on. Woken up in the night and early in the morning with inconsiderate behaviour. Not great. Information about parking not supplied upon booking. It turns out the opposite side of the road is permit holders only and I woke up to a 70 pound parking fine in the morning. The host needs to supply a parking permit from the council or at the very least provide warning to park elsewhere. Last but not least! There were no towels in the bedroom upon arrival and no pots and pans accept for one greasy old frying pan... so if you're planning to cook you'll have to provide your own!
