Good rooms and also shared spaces. Airy and decent high ceilings in the bedrooms. Easy on street parking.
The double bed was good and comfortable but the single bed in the triple room was very soft and wobbly. Room very good but please replace that mattress in the triple room.
The bathroom is a reasonable size but the bath is very soft plastic and I felt could bend or crack for a larger person (I am 90KG). Shower needs more frequent cleaning but not bad.

It was a lovely home a nice big room
One of the other guests where sat in the kitchen doorway to the backdoor smokeing weed and stunk the house out all night and banged doors all night but wouldant stop me from booking again becouse it was far nicer then a hotel

The property is spacious
Practical
Sam was warm and welcoming
Nothing was too much trouble .
This property is pet friendly 😀
The only down side. Is there is only 1 bathroom
to share. And down stairs.

Close to major roads so you can get to local sights and touristy stuff but the area was relatively quiet. Warm welcome by sam. House is lovely and reasonable for the cost.
Not really complaint as it was reasonably clean. To improve it would benefit from deep clean of bathroom and kitchen. The mattresses were not really comfortable so could do with replacing. I would stay here again though when I plan to return to explore the local area and peaks more.
