Shocking , violent behaviours is an understatement - aggressive host and staff. Enter with caution ⚠

The last day of my stay on Xmas day was ridiculous . They were aggressive and violent towards me and entered my room without permission two men were at the bottom of my bed whilst I was half dressed

The violent and dangerous behaviour of the staff and the manager Gabriel. They had violated my privacy by entering my room after 6 days of staying with them they switched their hospitable and kind tone into aggressive and threatening they were possibly drunk or on some thing really strange. I would not recommend this place and would like to complain to booking.com and would also like you to take i to the account of the evidence of agreement made by me and the host of staying until 2pm- this was not communicated to his henchmen aka cleaners who burst into my room around 1.30pm swearing and shouting at me whilst aggressively getting me to leave the room with immediate effect I called Gabriel host who then in a drunken state was also saying things like you need to leave because they had been told I had visitors the night before on Xmas eve. That was some friends who came to see me for about an or so to check on my wellbeing due to my own personal circumstances of not being able to stay at home.

Good stopover

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I arrived late and left early.

It felt like a collection of individual rooms with little interaction but I wasn’t there long enough to really get a good feel

Very disappointed

The rooms were clean and their was barely any noise.

Last time they had accused me of robbing a TV they told me forensics and police are at the property getting fingerprints. They asked me over and over to pay £140 I refused as it wasn’t me who stole the TV. They later found out it was someone else staying at the property who stole it. I don’t believe this to be true and it was truly a scam for money. I decided to give it a second try and now they are accusing me of non key returns I would recommend you to book somewhere else like Seaford Guest House or another property these people are clearly a scam !

Booked ensuite room. One provided did not have ensuite. House dingy, dated and unclean. No parking on site as advertised. Walked in and left immediately due to state of room etc. Surrounding area dirty - neighbourhood felt unsafe

Never ever going back & I would never recommend this property to anyone.

Nothing. Absolutely nothing. I booked the property after seeing the photos on booking .com. When i arrived i realised how deceiving the pictures were. Even booking.com is equally responsible for such forgery.

The most horrible property one can ever come across. The locality, the bed, the surrounding everything was horrible. I was lucky my car was not stolen but the area is so rundown one can easily get robbed & his vehicle stolen.

Beware !

Fairly clean. Nice hot water

The fact that the owner /owners came in wanted to go in my bedroom and wanted to know what I had in my bag ( clothes ). Made me open it up to see inside Then proceeded to go sit there selves down in the sitting room . Totally unsafe environment. No lock on bathroom door. Total invasion of privacy. You need to look into this .

Totally not worth it.

When I checked out, I had to get my key deposit refunded, but the manager was late and I missed my train. And also I had paid extra to book a room with a private bathroom, but it wasn’t actually private. Someone else was using it, and because of that, I couldn’t use the bathroom when I wanted to.

Bedrooms clean, plenty of storage space.

When met at the property by the manager we were asked to pay £20 a room key deposit, and the property manager would not leave without this. Fully refunded upon checkout, but lucky we had £140 to pay it!Tv out of use in living room due to non payment of tv license, this was obvious due to all the reminder letters on the table I full view. This is the only tv at the property.No main lighting in living room, it soon became Apparent that this was due to a leak from the en-suit shower in room 2,as this happened while we were there, and the water was flooding through the light fitting. Was told not to use shower until plumber came out. Then property manager just walked right in to inspect the issue,did not knock the front door and wait for us to answer. Slept with chair up against it!!Back garden full of rubbish bags, very smelly. In excess of 10 bags.Had to move them to the end of garden to get rid of smell.washing on line that blocks the passage from back door out into the garden to smoke.

We booked 2 double rooms both with private bathrooms. When we got there, even though we spoke to the owner several times during the day he waited till we arrived at 11:30 pm to tell us there was only 1 room with a private bathroom and tge other had to use the shared bathroom down 3 flights of stairs through a communal sitting room, through the kitchen... and if we didn't like the option, we could cancel and leave... What a great host...Whilst we were trying to sort this, another person turned up for his room with on suite bathroom and end up leaving as no accommodation at all... seems to book out room when non available...
