Northwood Park East

It was easy to get in to the property, parking was available outside. The beds are comfortable and the property was clean and well presented.

The living space is very small. The front room is a bedroom so the lounge has one corner sofa and small table with 3 chairs. We were 7 people (2 adults, 5 kids), so the adults ended up sitting on the floor in the gally kitchen and we could not eat all together. There is a small yard out the back, but nowhere to sit/socialise together. The area the house is situated does not feel particularly safe.

The hosts were very accommodating especially after our previous accommodation fell through and we were stuck…we booked the apartment late in the night and the host (Andy) met us as soon as he could to give us the keys.There was 7 of us in total and this apartment was perfect. The bedrooms were neat and beautiful, beds were comfortable and each room had a cupboard/drawers for clothes. The kitchen was stocked up with everything you needed such as plates,cutlery, glasses, pots etc. You are also given a washing machine, ironing board&Iron, plenty of bin bags for long stays. Bathrooms were clean and stocked with toilet paper. The living room was clean and spacious with a TV with both Netflix and YouTube along with another TV in the bedroom downstairs which was great for the young ones. Due to us being a last minute booking, the hosts were not prepared for us but the host (Andy) came back the following morning to deliver extra towels for us. Overall we had an amazing experience and the hosts were great and considerate.We will definitely be back!.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

I loved this accommodation, perfect for my large family (7 of us) has everything u could possibly need from toilet roll to a blanket for the couch to cuddle up and watch a movie!! Could honestly have stayed longer in this house it has been my fave and I have rented a few!! Andy was brilliant with me adding on my oldest daughter as she changed her mind last min no stress no hassle and we all had our own beds!! And Val was always a txt away if we needed anything but honestly they have covered everything!! We were 10 mins from waterworld and 25 mins from alton towers and even let the older kids walk to the kebab shop as it was 2 mins round the corner!! We loved our stay and hope to use u guys again nxt year!!

Good location for visiting Alton Towers, approx 45 min walk. Great to have 4 bedrooms, although wifi in small upstairs room didn’t work great. It was great having two shower rooms/toilets. House was clean and comfortable. Would return. No problems parking outside.

We had more than what We needed. The house has enough space for family of 5 (2 adults and 3 children). Valerie is really friendly and She told very clearly about the house rules. We had great time during our stay in her house.

The property was of a great standard, very clean and tidy. All amenities were provided and was a fab location for Alton Towers. Val & Andy were very attentive hosts, contacting regularly to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Would highly recommend the property.

Very minor and maybe our own preference but double bed in upstairs front room wasn’t the most comfortable. Also floor board on upstairs landing needs replaced.
